Our Creed:

- I will not drop litter into the water or on the shore.
- I will always operate at speeds according to posted signs, including No Wake, Idle Only, and Manatee Zones.
- I will learn and observe my state's rules on wake jumping.
- I will adjust my speed and behavior based on traffic on the water as well as weather conditions.
- I will offer assistance to stranded watercraft riders and boaters.
- I will be mindful of my surroundings on the water and take appropriate care and action near swimmers, divers, animals and other watercraft.
- I will be considerate at the boat ramps towards other boaters.
- I will not allow irresponsible people operate my watercraft.

Notification of Upcoming Rides
After submitting a membership application, please visit our message board at http://www.watercraft-riders.org/phpBB2/index.php or by following the link at the top of this page and create an account. All of our weekly rides are discussed on the message board since we have found this works much better than sending a newsletter with ride information. Members are encouraged to join in the ride discussions on the message board and suggest new ideas of places to ride. A weekly email for the upcoming ride is sent to all registered message board users if any ride is planned.
